Job description

Junior Web Project Manager 

Corsair is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager to manage fast-paced, day-to-day web project activities and deliverables, oversee project management processes, and collaborate with department leaders to coordinate cross-functional projects and programs. 

Position Summary 

This role is responsible for the on-time, error-free delivery of web marketing projects. The ideal candidate has experience with the end-to-end process of building and maintaining websites, managing campaign projects, and a working knowledge of digital marketing principles alongside a proven project management background. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand business objectives, assess and manage risks, anticipate and help resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management while balancing business needs against technical constraints. 
  • Manage project timelines, plans, and deliverables across web and campaigns, working with internal design teams and external agencies on web and digital creative projects. 
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation, using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to support workflows such as status updates, meeting summaries, and documentation. 

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • 1-5 years of project management experience in a marketing organization. 
  • Proven experience working on web and marketing campaign projects. 
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (both waterfall and agile) and the creative asset development lifecycle. 
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools required (Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira), including experience using AI for project management. 
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining web project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. 
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365 and other desktop and cloud-based applications. 
  • Comfort with spreadsheet formulas (Excel, Smartsheet, and/or Google Sheets) to maintain and update project trackers. 
  • Proficiency in managing MS Teams and SharePoint sites. 
  • Knowledge of esports, PC gaming, and PC building a plus. 

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 USD
