  • Ad Operations: Setup, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns, including Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
  • Web Analytics: Conduct in-depth traffic and conversion analysis using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Strategize, plan, and deploy Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns and content marketing frameworks.
  • Social Media & Newsletter Management: Oversee social media account activities, analyze audience engagement, and design or write copy for email newsletters and web content.
  • Sales Enablement: Produce polished presentation decks and supportive documentation for client pitches.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze post-launch data to establish a rigorous PDCA cycle, presenting strategic enhancement proposals to clients.

【Qualifications & Skills】

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on professional experience executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record managing paid search or social media ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Practical experience leveraging web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to extract business insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly structure requirements, build presentation plans, and draft proposals.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High proficiency and strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
