2. Project & Team Coordination
  • Project Traffic Control & Workflow Management: Oversee the intake of web requests from the broader university, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and technical urgency.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and training to university stakeholders to help them understand what's possible within our current web architecture.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the daily point of contact for the external full-stack agency and collaborate internally with the front-end developer.

3. Performance & Optimization
  • SEO/AEO: Apply best practices for on-page SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including meta-tags, schema, and keyword placement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and share regular reports on site health, traffic trends, and user behavior using GA4 and other tracking tools.

  • SEO & Analytics: Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, or SERanking).
  • Content & Design: Exceptional writing skills for diverse audiences and a keen eye for modern digital design principles.
  • Communication: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues with clarity and patience.

Preferred Qualifications:
