About the Role

The Web Product Specialist II combines technical skills with product knowledge to publish and maintain content on the company website. This position works closely with our marketing team to ensure a positive user experience and drive product success, bringing structure and consistency to how SDS presents itself online.

What You'll Do

•      Utilize a Content Management System (CMS) to coordinate and implement website page creation and editing, manage menus, set up forms and plugins, and use page builder tools

•      Understand and improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)

•      Ensure consistent branding and messaging is applied and maintained

•      Ensure on-time production of web postings that involve a need for schedule flexibility

•      Perform any other job-related duties as requested

What We're Looking For

•      Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, journalism, or communications required (equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education)

•      Three (3) years of experience in business, marketing, or communications required

•      Digital product marketing experience preferred

•      Advanced proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) and CMS platforms

•      Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

•      Ability to identify and resolve issues related to product development, marketing, and customer satisfaction

•      Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands

•      Advanced interpersonal skills and professionalism, with the ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals

•      Knowledge of website optimization techniques and ability to adapt to new technologies

•      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
