Job description

We are looking for a well-rounded, creative person to join our digital team. In working with the creative team, this person would understand project requirements and work with the digital team to produce campaign assets such as web banner ads, website graphics, and web pages. This person would own end-to-end email HTML development and digital campaign asset production including design, animation, programming build out and technical QA. The role ranges from concept development to production output of campaign assets and knowing a little about a lot of things is great!

Skills and ResponsibilitiesWeb & Digital Production

• Update pages in WordPress

• Code and style responsive layouts using HTML and CSS

• Produce digital assets: landing pages, web graphics, social creative, and HTML5 banner ads

• Optimize images and assets for web and email

• Help with QA, troubleshooting, and proofreading across live work

Email Marketing & CRM

• Edit, build, and deploy email campaigns in platforms like MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Active Demand or similar

• Update and maintain email templates (HTML/CSS)

• Schedule sends, set up automations, and pull performance reports

• Support list segmentation and CRM hygiene

• Test across clients and devices before deployment

Design Support

• Translate creative direction into web-ready assets

• Apply basic design principles, layout, type, color, hierarchy to production work

• Resize and adapt creative across formats and platforms

Team & Workflow

• Manage, organize and maintain files on FTP, asset managers and servers

• Communicate clearly on status, blockers, and timelines

• Take feedback well and iterate quickly

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in web production, digital design, email marketing, or a related field (internships, freelance, and strong portfolio projects count)

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. You can read it, write it, and fix it

• Hands-on WordPress experience (editing pages, updating content, working with themes/plugins)

Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar). Editing templates, deploying campaigns, and reading reports

• Comfort in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma

• Strong problem-solving instincts

• Detail-oriented with solid time management across multiple projects

• Clear written and verbal communication (critical for remote work)

• A learner’s mindset and a good attitude

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic JavaScript

• HTML5 banner production (Adobe Animate)

• Google Analytics (GA4) basics

• Accessibility (WCAG) awareness
