Job description

The Press Operator role is a full-time position for the right person. Your experience on the Sanden web press is what will move you towards to the front of our candidate search. Overtime hours will be available as the workload requires.

Qualifications:
Job-related experience is key. We ask that you are proficient in all aspects of the work involved.  Your resume must show experience in the position for which you are applying or it will not be considered.

Job Description:  
Direct mail forms, inserts and more keep the press schedule full and provide opportunities for overtime. The Sanden press is in excellent condition and prints beautifully with new register and viewing systems. The press operator's responsibility includes operating the printing press from splicer to re-winder, setting, adjusting and replacing rollers, setting ink, pinholes and perfs, register and water, performing basic maintenance and upkeep. The press operator will have a dedicated press helper. Production performance is reviewed regularly by management and is the basis for pay scales, interim bonuses, and overall success in the company.
