PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $106,600.00-$130,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

As a Web Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how members experience BECU's digital ecosystem. You'll bring web solutions to life that drive membership growth, engagement, and product adoption across BECU.org and digital platforms. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams and supporting the transition to a modern Digital Experience Platform (DXP), you'll help deliver scalable, high-quality web experiences. Your ability to translate business needs into intuitive, front-end solutions will directly enhance the member journey. This is an opportunity to take ownership of impactful work and see your contributions come to life in a highly visible way.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Web Solution Delivery: You'll execute digital web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements across BECU's digital platforms.
  • Front-End Development: You'll build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
  • DXP & Platform Migration Support: You'll contribute to the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely, ensuring scalable and modern solutions.
  • Personalization & Targeting: You'll help deliver tailored digital experiences by supporting personalization and audience targeting efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.
  • User Experience & Accessibility: You'll ensure all solutions align with UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design principles.
  • Agile Delivery: You'll actively participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Testing & Optimization: You'll support A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve digital performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: You'll identify and resolve front-end issues, ensuring seamless, reliable user experiences.
  • Compliance & Standards: You'll ensure all web experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance requirements.
  • Technology Integration: You'll support integration of marketing technologies and tools into web platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe, or similar).
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
  • Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
  • Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
  • Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from initial direction through completion.
