• Assess client needs and conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to develop effective, personalized treatment plans that address individual and family challenges.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that support clients through diverse issues, including substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and mental health disorders, thereby creating a safe environment for healing.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including medical histories, assessments, diagnoses, treatment outcomes, and any necessary adjustments to care plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health challenges and community resources that can enhance their well-being and facilitate recovery.
• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals, sharing insights on client progress and contributing to holistic treatment strategies.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. • Demonstrated experience providing individual and family counseling, with a proven ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and build rapport with clients.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services, showcasing adaptability to innovative therapeutic techniques and digital engagement.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities relevant to various mental health conditions.

The salary for this position ranges from $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
