Role Summary

The Temporary Assistant Web Retoucher  is responsible for Free People Collection and Free People Movement on model apparel, beauty, and lifestyle retouching for e-commerce. The primary objective of this role is to hit a minimum daily output of retouched images while maintaining image quality and authenticity. Self motivation, and good time management is a must.

Role Responsibilities
  • Retouch on model images for Free People's Web Studio.
  • Meet the retouching standards for FP Brands so that all images feel cohesive and natural.
  • Meet minimum daily image goals (80-100 images per day).
  • React quickly to requests and pivot when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with lead retoucher & team.
  • Be available to answer emails / messages promptly.
Role Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years professional retouching experience on model.
  • High level of technical skill in Adobe Photoshop CC.
  • Proficiency in Wacom tablet and pen.
  • Must be available for regular daytime working hours, Mon - Friday.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, e-commerce or studio.
  • Proven experience retouching model and product photography. Experience in Athletic & Swim wear is a plus.
  • Experience in a team environment with ability to display willingness to pitch in.

The wage range for this role is $20-$26 an hour .Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.
