Job description

The Cleveland Orchestra is seeking a Digital Platforms Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of The Cleveland Orchestra's digital platforms, including ClevelandOrchestra.com, The Cleveland Orchestra App, and the Adella streaming service. The Coordinator will assist with website and app updates, quality assurance testing, digital content management, and platform maintenance while gaining exposure to digital strategy, product management, analytics, and user experience.
This position is designed as a developmental opportunity for someone interested in building a career in digital product management, platform operations, user experience, and/or digital strategy. You will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time within a collaborative and innovative team. We're looking for someone who is curious, organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside our digital platforms.
What you'll do:
  • Support the day-to-day operation across web, app, and streaming, including event pages, digital products, subscription journeys, and viewing experiences.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and audience insights to help inform platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with UX, developers, and vendors to support the planning, testing, and launch of digital enhancements.
  • Use analytics (Google Analytics and platform data) to help evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing CMS content, permissions, workflows, and documentation to keep platforms accurate and reliable.
  • Support quality assurance efforts across ClevelandOrchestra.com, The Cleveland Orchestra App, and Adella by testing functionality, documenting issues, and validating fixes.
  • Support live streaming operations, including testing encoders and broadcasts; this involves occasional weekend hours during the season, with weekday schedule flexibility to balance them.
  • Spot recurring issues and system gaps and help resolve them-formal QA experience is welcome but not required; we'll teach you our standards.

What you bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, website management, or technology.
  • Overall strong curiosity and interest in growing understanding of project management, product development, and digital platform operations.
  • Experience using a CMS, website builder, or similar digital platform is preferred. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, digital products, websites, apps, or online platforms through work, coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving digital platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively across teams while advocating for quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or an interest in learning digital analytics. Google Analytics Certification a plus.
  • Experience livestreaming content preferred.
  • Familiarity with classical repertoire a plus.
