About the Role

Creative Quo is a marketing agency serving a diverse range of business and nonprofit clients across Northeast Ohio and beyond. We are looking for a Web & SEO Specialist who is skilled, curious, and ready to do great work.

This role sits within a collaborative team structure. You will execute digital strategies developed in partnership with our Marketing Strategist, and take the lead on developing focused digital strategies for clients who utilize individual services. As our agency grows, this role is positioned to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Execute web design and SEO strategies in partnership with our Marketing Strategist.
  • Develop focused, service-specific digital strategies for clients using individual services.
  • Design, build, and update client websites in WordPress as a front-end developer and designer, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and SEO-ready.
  • Manage and optimize SEO campaigns with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret site and campaign performance data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of WordPress web design and front-end development experience with a portfolio to share.
  • 1-2 years of SEO strategy and execution experience with demonstrated results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset.
