Graphic Design Assistant
Location: 4370 Malsbary Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242
Employment Type: Full-Time, in office (not remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design Assistant to support our marketing, web, and retail teams. This role is ideal for a motivated person with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for visual storytelling. A basic understanding of soccer culture and terminology is highly valued.

How You'll Contribute
  • Support multiple departments with marketing collateral across team, web, and retail channels
  • Create and edit engaging photos and videos for product launches, campaigns, and in-store displays
  • Design compelling web graphics, including homepage banners and promotional content
  • Source, format, and optimize product images for website listings
  • Develop visually dynamic print collateral and prepare files for production
  • Assist the team department in creating vector files
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure artwork is properly formatted
  • Partner with marketing and retail teams on large-scale in-store projects
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure high-quality, innovative work
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant work or internship experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of soccer culture and terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (additional Adobe programs a plus)
  • Experience with large-scale printers (e.g., VersaCamm) preferred but not required
  • Experience with email marketing and social media platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
