Job Summary:
AllStates Consulting Services is seeking a Learning and Development (LRL L&D) Contractor to support the implementation of automation workflows and technology solutions within the Lilly Research Laboratories. This role involves developing automated workflows, creating AI-powered solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance learning technology implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Process & Workflow Automation
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet to support learning processes.
• Design and build ServiceNow catalog items and workflows for LRL L&D service requests.
• Provide ownership and maintenance support of current workflow solutions and SharePoint lists.
• Monitor and manage the LRL L&D technology request form, triaging and responding to incoming requests.
• Collaborate with internal automation teams to develop and optimize workflow solutions.
• AI Solutions Development
• Develop AI-powered solutions to improve processes using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, and Claude.
• Create Copilot Agents and custom AI assistants to support L&D operations and learner experiences.
• Leverage Claude and Claude Code for development automation and process improvement.
• Recommend and implement AI tools to create efficiencies in content generation, data analysis, and learner support.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Technology Implementation & Learning Technology Projects
• Support Learning Process and Technology team members with key initiatives and technology tool development.
• Consult with L&D team members on best solutions for implementing technology to drive efficiency.
• Provide project support and technical expertise for learning technology implementations.
• Drive the development and delivery of technology solutions in collaboration with the LRL L&D team.
• Support LMS administration and reporting needs, particularly with SuccessFactors Learning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Technology Lead and Data Metrics Strategy Lead to align technology solutions with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with other Learning and Development groups across Lilly to implement shared technology solutions.
• Partner with enterprise technology teams and IT to ensure alignment with corporate standards and infrastructure.
• Consult on learning technology projects across the organization, providing expertise on implementation best practices.
• Web Server & Content Management
• Manage and maintain content on LRL L&D web servers in compliance with Lilly policies.
• Provide support for LRL L&D's learning content server and related infrastructure.
• Ensure web content meets accessibility, security, and organizational standards.
• Document, Knowledge & Data Management
• Provide support for document and knowledge management initiatives within LRL L&D.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories for performance support materials.
• Consult with business partners on knowledge management best practices and solutions.
• Support data management practices to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related programs
• 3+ years demonstrated expertise in process automation tools such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet
• Experience developing ServiceNow catalogs, workflows, and service portal solutions
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with web server management and content administration
• Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and deliver technology projects
• Experience implementing or supporting learning technology projects
Preferred:
• M.S. degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Self-starter with passion for technology, automation, and continual improvement
• Experience with LMS administration and configuration, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Learning
• Experience developing solutions with current AI technologies (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Claude, Claude Code)
• Working knowledge of and/or experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Experience with SharePoint administration and development
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web content management
• Programming knowledge such as JavaScript, JSON, Python, or SQL
