Description Classified as Full- time Brand: TCM Security Reports to: Sr. Product Manager, Cybersecurity About Educate 360 Educate 360 is a family of specialized training brands with a joint mission: to help individuals and organizations gain the skills needed to thrive in today's technology-led and innovation-driven economy. Educate 360 develops integrated solutions across brands to achieve enterprise customers' learning & development goals in Management & Leadership, Data Science, and IT skills through instructor-led training, coaching, consulting, and certification preparation.

Role Overview Educate 360 is seeking a Course Creator to join our TCM Security brand, reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Cybersecurity Training. This role will focus on maintaining and expanding our industry-leading training portfolio. As a member of the content team, this role will ensure existing content remains current, produce new courses and labs, create YouTube and social media content to grow audience engagement, and contribute to the development and delivery of live training sessions.

As part of the interview process, you will need to provide a 3-5 minute video teaching a cybersecurity topic of your choice. The video should reflect your depth of experience as well as your teaching style. You may be asked to complete this before the initial call with the recruiter or later in the process.

Course & Curriculum Development Design, produce, and maintain training content across multiple formats (asynchronous, synchronous, lab-based). Develop hands‐on scenarios and lab environment for use in courses and certifications. Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap.

YouTube & Social Content Creation Create engaging YouTube videos and social media content showcasing TCM Security's cybersecurity expertise. Provide technical breakdowns of cybersecurity topics at the appropriate level for the target audience. Live Training Development & Delivery Assist in preparing and teaching live training sessions for clients and community members.

Prepare course materials with multiple modalities in mind, including on‐demand and live deliveries. Engage with live instructors to ensure their preparedness to deliver our courses. Requirements 3+ years of hands‐on experience in one or more cybersecurity disciplines.

1+ year of teaching / training experience (modality‐agnostic) (preferred). Skills Strong ability to translate advanced cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging educational content. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‐technical audiences.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing the cybersecurity profession. Self‐starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Comfortable collaborating with product management, marketing, and other content creators.
