Job Title: LMS Administrator (AI & Automation)
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $65-69/hour DOQ
Type: 18 month contract
Overview
We're hiring an LMS Administrator (AI & Automation) to modernize and optimize enterprise learning systems through automation and AI-driven solutions. This role blends LMS administration (SuccessFactors Learning) with hands-on development using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI tools (Copilot, agents) to improve learning delivery, streamline operations, and enhance the user experience.
You'll work cross-functionally with L&D, IT, and data teams to build scalable solutions in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize SuccessFactors Learning (configuration, reporting, user support)
  • Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, service portals, and workflow solutions
  • Develop AI-enabled tools (Copilot, AI agents) to support content creation, learner engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance automation and knowledge management
  • Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Support LMS-related integrations, reporting, and data workflows
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge bases, and documentation
  • Ensure systems meet accessibility, security, and compliance standards
  • Partner with L&D, IT, and enterprise teams to align solutions with business needs
  • Contribute to multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with LMS administration (preferably SuccessFactors Learning)
  • Experience with process automation tools (ServiceNow, Power Automate, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and supporting enterprise systems
  • Experience supporting or delivering technology-driven learning initiatives

Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience building AI-enabled solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, etc.)
  • Background in pharma, biotech, or other regulated environments
  • SharePoint administration or development experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
