Familiarity with tools like screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA), accessibility testing frameworks, and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) is essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective remote communication skills help you collaborate with teams and ensure inclusive digital experiences. These competencies ensure that websites are accessible to all users, comply with legal requirements, and provide a better user experience.

· Create and maintain design assets, style guides, and UI/UX workflows using Figma and Adobe XD.

· Apply accessibility and usability best practices to support compliance with federal standards, including Section 508.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance across devices, browsers, and mobile platforms.

· Document processes, design decisions, and technical implementations to support continuity and scalability.

· Proven expertise with React, TypeScript, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL APIs.

· Demonstrated experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.

· Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

· Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.

· Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform development.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience supporting federal government, defense-related, or national security projects.

· Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevSecOps pipelines.
