Brindle & Bay Financial Advisors is a growing financial planning firm in Frisco, TX and we are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team. We are seeking a Client Service Associate to assist in providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Account Transfers - execute acct opening checklist, initiate and track ACATs, prepare and send forms to clients, communicate with clients along the process
  • Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind
  • Manage RMD administration
  • Prospect vetting - 15min structured phone calls with prospects to gather info before passing them on to an advisor (NOT COLD CALLING - these prospects reach out to us and schedule intro calls)
  • Execute distributions and Docusign forms and track them through the process
  • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Requirements:

  • 3 years of financial services experience
  • Adept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
  • Experience with Account Transfers and ability to problem solve in the process
  • Experience with CRM Software / Database Experience is not required, but a plus: WealthBox, Altruist

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant.
