Position Type: Full- Time, W-2 Status

Compensation: Base Salary $60k, with potential for quarterly bonus.

General Function: Serves as a primary point of contact for client service and account administration needs, delivering exceptional support through responsive communication, problem resolution, and efficient processing of client requests. Key responsibilities include opening and funding accounts, processing account maintenance requests, coordinating transactions, and supporting Financial Advisors in providing outstanding client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisors with daily client requests.
  • Promote good client relations by consistently providing premier client satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, and willingness to always help.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through responsive communication and proactive service.
  • Greet clients when they are in the office and display a caring attitude.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients by resolving inquiries accurately and coordinating solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all client business confidential.
  • Open and maintain brokerage and advisory accounts.
  • Process transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with custodians, insurance companies, and third-party vendors.
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation for client meetings.
  • Manage incoming service requests through phone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate client records and notes within Wealthbox and other firm systems.
  • Monitor outstanding client service items and ensure timely completion.
  • Follow the RFG Handbook and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior at all times.
  • Perform training and development for new CRSs and /or existing CRSs as needed.

  

Requisite Traits:

· Required: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Preferred:

  • 3+ years of client service or administrative experience
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Wealthbox.
  • Experience working with custodians such as Cambridge, Schwab, or Fidelity.
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, or 65 license (or willingness to obtain).
