Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, staff, or clients to designated locations in a safe and timely manner, while ensuring the vehicle remains in excellent condition. This role requires strong time management, a high sense of responsibility, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
Pick up and deliver goods, documents, or passengers as scheduled
Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or navigation tools
Ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate trip and delivery logs
Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, etc.) and basic maintenance
Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies
Promptly report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues
Assist with loading and unloading items when required
Provide courteous, professional service to clients and customers

Qualifications

  • Forklift Certification (required) 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a driver (personal, commercial, or delivery)
  • Experience with Google maps, Waze and other navigating systems 
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items if needed
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass background and driving checks
  • Ability to communicate in English.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Miami and Fort Lauderdale roads and traffic patterns
Experience driving vans and trucks

Working Conditions
May require early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or overtime
Driving in varying weather and traffic conditions
Physical effort may be required for loading/unloading (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, scheduled anytime between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Days may very.Rrotating weekends.
