Position Overview

2 Circle is seeking a highly qualified Senior Weapons Roadmapping Analyst to lead weapons capability roadmapping efforts in direct support of multiple Program Offices at Eglin Air Force Base. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of direct weapons systems experience, either as a military operator or senior analyst within a weapons program office, and provides subject-matter expertise across technology maturation, acquisition planning, test and evaluation, and operational integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute weapons roadmapping efforts, aligning advanced capabilities with program priorities, operational needs, and acquisition strategies
  • Provides senior-level support to advanced capability roadmapping, including development, roadmap execution and transition planning, production, and alignment of suppliers to program needs
  • Analyze and integrate programmatic, technical, and operational data to inform long-range weapons planning decisions
  • Support acquisition lifecycle activities, including requirements definition, milestone planning, and risk assessment
  • Coordinate with government program offices, test organizations, and industry partners to ensure alignment of supplier capabilities with program needs
  • Provide expert analytical support for test and evaluation planning and operational integration of weapons
  • Prepare and brief senior leadership on roadmapping outcomes and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with weapons systems as either: A military operator, or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program office
  • Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the last 12 months with no adverse findings
  • Ability to work full-time in a classified environment and manage multiple high-priority taskers
  • SAP experience within the last three (3) years
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
