Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour + High Commission
Part-Time, Volusia County, FL (Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, DeLand)
We are seeking a driven and autonomous Part-Time Territory Sales Contractor (1099) to manage and grow our established customer base across Volusia County.
This is a strategic role focused on upselling our essential Filta Clean commercial service to existing, warm accounts. This position is built for growth and offers a strong opportunity to transition into a steady, full-time position based on your sales performance and territory expansion.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Account Growth: Proactively manage relationships and drive new revenue by presenting the Filta Clean solution to current customers (warm calls/visits).
  • Territory Focus: Operate efficiently within a 40-minute radius of the territory, serving as the trusted, local face of the brand in Volusia County.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full upsell cycle, from the initial presentation to securing signed contracts.

Compensation & Rewards:

  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
  • High Commission: 10% – 12% commission on new revenue generated (Filta Clean upsell contracts).
  • Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided at the current IRS standard rate.
