Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts, addressing their needs, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our lake management services

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of their relationship with the company.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings to provide updates on services, address inquiries, and gather feedback.

  •  Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and requirements, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.

  •  Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects for clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  •  Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients based on their evolving needs and goals.

  • Promptly address any client issues or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution while ensuring client satisfaction.

  •  Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance client retention rates and increase customer loyalty.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.

Candidate Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably within the environmental services or related industry.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably within the environmental services or related industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Knowledge of lake management practices, environmental regulations, and water quality management is a plus.
