Part-Time Account Manager (Remote U.S. Only)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Part-Time Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position open only to candidates located in the United States who are authorized to work in the U.S.
The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills, experience in bookkeeping, and is QuickBooks Certified. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure their financial processes run smoothly while delivering excellent customer support and communication.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and accounting needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and ongoing account support
  • Manage client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping-related tasks
  • Monitor account health and provide regular reporting and updates
  • Support clients in navigating and utilizing QuickBooks effectively
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or account management experience
  • QuickBooks Certification required
