Job description

OVERVIEW: The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations, activities, and staff in assigned school districts, acting as a liaison between ESS staff members, school district administrators and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within the district.
  • Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.
  • Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.
  • Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
  • Train, direct, and appraise staff.
  • Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
  • Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of one years of experience in management or a leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with management reports.
  • Must interact well with others.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
