About Us
Tu-K Industries is a Los Angeles-based contract manufacturing partner specializing in hair care products, including semi-permanent color, developers, and treatments. We provide end-to-end formulation and production support for a wide range of customers. As a growing company, we are expanding our capabilities and customer base and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.
 
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities involved in the development and launch of hair care products. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in operations, product development, and the beauty industry.
You'll work closely with the Account Manager to help keep projects organized, up to date, and moving forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing details across multiple projects. 
This is initially a part-time position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as operational needs evolves.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Take clear, organized meeting notes and track follow-ups and action items
- Coordinate meeting schedules and support meeting preparation as needed
-  Maintain and update project information in Notion (or similar tools)
-  Monitor deadlines and flag potential delays or missing information
-  Research beauty and hair care trends to support product development
-  Provide general administrative and operational support
 
Qualifications
-  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-  Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
-  Comfortable learning new tools and systems (Slack, Notion or similar)
-  Interest in beauty, cosmetics, and consumer trends
-  Strong written and verbal communication skills
-  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
 
Nice to Have
-  Ability to monitor progress and communicate updates clearly across internal teams
-  Exposure to coordination, operations, or administrative roles (internship or entry-level)
