Job Title: Materials Runner (Water Spider)

Job Summary:
The Materials Runner (Water Spider) supports production by ensuring workstations are continuously supplied with materials, tools, and components to minimize downtime and maintain efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver materials and supplies to production lines.
  • Replenish inventory at workstations and remove finished goods and scrap.
  • Maintain material flow to prevent production interruptions.
  • Assist with inventory transactions using barcode scanners or ERP systems.
  • Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams.
  • Report material shortages, damaged inventory, or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
