What You'll Do:
  • Leading and supporting the Waste Control team throughout the shift.
  • Overseeing the collection, sorting, and disposal of production waste and packaging materials.
  • Training employees on GMPs, food safety, PPE, and company procedures.
  • Monitoring team performance and maintaining required documentation.
  • Partnering with production and warehouse teams to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
  • Promoting compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, warehouse, or waste control.
  • Experience handling production waste and packaging materials.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, train, and support a team.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
