Position Summary:

The Maintenance Associate is an attentive and team-oriented individual, responsible for sanitation of the entire Kirkland facility and upkeep of the grounds at multiple company locations. They maintain cleanliness of the facilities and keep accurate records of work order completion and daily maintenance activities while following company safety standards.

They will also have a high attention to detail and ensure that facility is sanitized to GMP Standards (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production, warehouse, and common areas in accordance with GMP standards
  • Follow established sanitation procedures, SOPs, and safety guidelines
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
  • Document cleaning activities and maintain accurate sanitation logs
  • Identify and report any sanitation or safety issues to management
  • Assist with audits and inspections by maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Utilize the Maintenance System software for Work orders.
  • Exercise safe work practices.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
  • Perform lawn care including mowing, trimming, and edging
  • Operate leaf blowers to maintain clean walkways and parking areas
  • Apply weed control treatments as needed
  • Remove debris, litter, and seasonal waste (e.g., leaves, branches)
  • Maintain exterior appearance of the facility, including entrances and surrounding areas
  • Assist with snow/ice removal if applicable
  • Combination of indoor manufacturing/warehouse environment and outdoor groundskeeping
  • May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
