Job Summary

Our Creator Marketing team pioneers innovative creator partnerships for some of the world's most recognizable brands. We're seeking a Senior Social Strategist who understands how to unlock consumer insights, connect them with cultural and industry trends, and develop compelling strategies that drive impact in the creator economy.

Job Overview
As our Senior Social Strategist, you'll be a key driver of innovative partnerships that resonate across platforms and culture. You will develop and execute strategies that center on consumer behavior, cultural insights, and platform trends to ensure seamless brand integration across creator-led initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with creative, talent, and client teams to build partnerships that move the needle.
What You'll Do
  • Develop best-in-class creator strategies that drive cultural impact, brand storytelling, and measurable engagement.
  • Lead strategic development across multiple channels, ensuring creator partnerships align with broader brand objectives.
  • Craft compelling pitch decks and presentations that translate cultural insights into brand opportunities.
  • Turn observations and cultural truths into original and actionable insights.
  • Lead dynamic brainstorms and ideation sessions to develop innovative creator-led campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop ideas and ensure strategic alignment across all executions.
  • Identify and forecast emerging trends in social media, pop culture, and the creator economy.
  • Develop trend reports and cultural insights documents for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide thought leadership on platform evolution, influencer dynamics, and audience behavior shifts.
  • Ensure seamless integration of strategy, content, and execution across all digital and social channels.

What We're Looking For
  • 4-7 years of experience in creator partnerships, digital strategy, or social-led brand strategy. Agency experience is a must.
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across all major platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging spaces.
  • Experience strategizing for integrated brand campaigns, with a strong POV on creator marketing best practices.
  • Proven track record of trend forecasting and cultural analysis that informs strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform platform and creator performance data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional writing abilities that adapt across different platforms, voices, and client needs.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to shape and refine campaign direction.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively identify opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Experience in sports marketing, spirits, or QSR brand partnerships is a plus.

Base salary range: $80- $90k/year, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
