About Us:
Visionz Designs is a fast-growing apparel production company specializing in high-quality screen printing, embroidery, retail finishing, and fulfillment. We're known for precision, creativity, and delivering top-tier custom products to our clients.
The Role: Visionz Designs is seeking a picker/packer to work in our busy warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the picking, packing and shipping of orders. Attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate and timely shipments of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack and ship orders from warehouse.
  • Scan items to ensure correct picking of goods.
  • Report damaged items inventory discrepancies as necessary.
  • Securely pack orders to prevent damage in transport.
  • Periodical cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Put away of completed goods to pick bins.
  • Receive and put away blank goods for production.
  • Reporting discrepancies on received products to management and vendors,
  • Fold, bag and barcode finished products.
  • Follow instructions from the management to ensure accuracy and timely shipping of orders.
  • Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Additional Responsibilities
From time to time, successful candidates will be required to work in other departments as work loads shift.
These responsibilities include.
  • Staging blanks garments for production.
  • Assist in print production.
  • Quality control of printed goods.
  • Operating heat press printing machines to print graphics onto blank goods.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
