Job description

Monday-Friday 1st shift schedule.

Project Team associates at Famous Supply will assist in various warehouse layout and efficiency projects under the direction of the Distribution Center Managers.  
Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers. 
Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Relocating product to improve efficiency
  • Racking repair and maintenance
  • Keeping warehouse clean, neat and organized
  • Completing warehouse layout projects
  • Product re-slotting and consolidation
  • Other improvement projects as assigned 

Required Experience and Skills

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day
  • Highly Skilled in accuracy as related to Warehouse scanning and product movement 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a warehouse

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Forklift experience
  • Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
  • Experience using RF Scanners
  • Inventory Software Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office
