A Digital Printing service that's been serving the community for over 40 years is seeking full-time, temporary Entry Level Document Scanners to join their team on Swing Shift.

Entry-level opportunity with no client interview and fast onboarding. If you have basic computer and Excel skills, we'd love to hear from you! 

This full-time temporary Entry Level Document Scanner role is perfect for someone who wants to get to work right away, as there's no client interview! Perfect for someone who has data entry and warehouse skills. Candidates who work here share it's easy work, has a family-feel atmosphere plus you get to sit-down at your work stations and work at your own pace. They even provide cross-training opportunities! 

Pay & Schedule: 
  • Monday-Friday 
  • 3:30pm-12:00am 
  • $20.00 per hour 
  • Weekly Pay - Every Friday 
Location: San Jose, 95131 
  • Free Parking 

Job Duties as an Entry-level Document Scanner: 
  • Cross-training opportunity in binder, scanner and inventory role 
  • Read and follow work orders and project procedures 
  • Scan and process high-volume documents for digital storage 
  • Maintain clean and safe work area 
  • Follow production schedules and meet quality standards 
Entry-level Document Scanner Requirements: 
  • Able to start immediately (fast hire process) 
  • Available for next 6 months
  • Recent 6 months to 1 year of data entry and warehouse skills 
  • Able to lift products weighing 35lbs. regularly 
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
