Position Overview

We are seeking a full-timeWarehouse Operations Specialistto join our growing team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The Warehouse Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. This position also assists with local customer deliveries as needed, ensuring products are delivered safely, professionally, and on time.

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys variety in their workday and is willing to jump in wherever needed. As a growing company with an expanding distribution operation, there is an opportunity for growth and advancement.

Important Requirement

Due to insurance requirements for employees operating company vehicles, applicants must be 23 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities
  • Put inventory away and maintain warehouse organization
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
  • Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries as needed
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Support industrial hose assembly, testing, and repair operations as needed
  • Be flexible and assist with other duties as business needs require

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

  • Industrial distribution

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
