Accounting Clerk – Now Hiring

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment. This position supports the accounting department with daily reporting, invoice processing, vendor communication, and administrative tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
  • Process invoices and complete 3-way matching verification
  • Update and maintain vendor files
  • Contact vendors for required documentation
  • Provide daily operational and volume reports
  • Assist with fill rate and cycle count reporting
  • Support accounting and warehouse operations teams
  • Help maintain organized records and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Some college experience preferred
