- Develop, prioritize, and execute key business strategies by leading cross-functional initiatives thatimpactmerchandising, supply chain, and store operations; developing execution programs; and driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.
- Manage supply chain performance and risk mitigation by monitoring key operational metrics,identifyingsupply disruptions, production constraints, and inventory risks, and implementing contingency plans tomaintainbusiness continuity.
- Provide overall strategic direction by analyzing businessobjectives, customer demand trends, production capabilities, and operational requirements to develop, communicate, and implement business strategies that support growth and operational excellence.
