  • Team Leadership & Quality Oversight. Manage and mentor designers, fostering a high-performing team focused on craft excellence. Provide guidance and critique to ensure strong typography, layout, accessibility, and overall design quality across all deliverables.

  • Simplification of Complex Workflows. Drive the translation of complex financial, regulatory, and operational requirements into intuitive, client-friendly experiences. Advocate for clarity, transparency, and ease of use throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

  • Experience designing complex enterprise applications, with an interest in financial services or consumer-facing digital products

  • 8+ years of experience in product design or related disciplines, with demonstrated success leading teams and delivering complex, large-scale digital products.

  • Expert-level proficiency across the full human-centered design lifecycle, including research, experience strategy, journey mapping, information architecture, UX/UI design, usability testing, and accessibility.
