Job description

Founded in 2009, Tersus Solutions is a Denver-based company committed to revolutionizing textile care and circularity with its patented liquid CO₂ technology–the most advanced and environmentally friendly cleaning available.

As the backbone of recommerce™, Tersus partners with leading outdoor, athletic, luxury, and footwear brands to provide full-suite textile reclamation, repair, upcycling, recycling, and logistics solutions. Tersus also sets a new standard in PPE care, utilizing its CO₂ cleaning process to offer unmatched care for firefighter gear, far exceeding the carcinogen removal rate of traditional cleaning methods for safer, more comfortable gear. Additionally, Tersus reclaims and recycles down from apparel, bedding, and gear, extending the life of valuable materials and reducing waste.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support
  • Support the VP, Growth directly on sales calls and partner meetings — prepping materials, taking notes, and owning follow-through on action items.
  • Assist with early-stage business development: researching and helping build a pipeline of prospective partners to support the VP, Growth's inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Own pipeline management through maintaining a list pipeline and forecast: report status regularly to VP, Growth.
  • Project manage all in-house pilots with potential partners end-to-end, ensuring timely turnaround and accurate data capture.
  • Problem-solve issues as they arise during a pilot, connecting the dots between partner needs and Tersus's capabilities.
  • Report pilot results and recommendations directly back to the partner brand.
  • Deliver a closing-ready package — data, results, and recommended terms — to the VP, Growth once a pilot is ready to close.
Strategic Contribution
  • Think horizontally across partner needs and strategically connect them to Tersus's service offerings, surfacing expansion opportunities.
  • Bring proactive ideas and insights to the Executive team.
Systems & Process
  • Own process improvements across departments as they relate to brand partner selling, onboarding, accurate billing and execution.
  • Partner with the Director of Partnerships to document and maintain playbooks and SOPs for the pilot-to-signature motion.
  • Develop, own, and continuously improve the partner health-score and KPI framework used across the account base.
Works Closely With
  • VP, Growth — you support sales calls and business development directly, deliver closing-ready pilots for negotiation, and report pipeline status.
  • Senior Partnerships Manager — you hand off signed accounts cleanly and provide the health-score framework she uses in business reviews.
  • Director of Partnerships — you route network-sourced opportunities through your pipeline and partner on enterprise pilot design and documentation.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in project management, account management, sales, or revenue operations
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize complex data
  • Comfort operating in multiple modes: direct sales support, rigorous pipeline/CRM management, and hands‑on, in‑the‑field pilot execution with partner teams — this role requires range
  • High EQ, with strong written and verbal communication skills and genuine comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strength in Excel and financial modeling
  • Entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — a doer who can write a problem statement, find a solution, and articulate what would have to be true to make it real
  • Background in retail/ecommerce, brand partnerships, or consulting
  • Interest or experience in the circular economy or sustainability
  • $85,000–$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
