We are looking for an Vice President Sales to join our Employee Benefits team on a Hybrid work schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and distribute general agency products and services to the outside brokerage community. The Vice President for Sales has ultimate accountability for the broker relationships his/her team is responsible for; the VP is expected to focus his/her energy in several key areas of planning, production and maintenance - and in addition serve as role model for, and mentor to, other producers in the FNA/FBP offices:

To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The candidate will be expected to grow and effectively manage their book of brokers through a careful balance of satisfying the needs of the brokers and consulting house customers. The position requires that the candidate juggle many tasks at once to ensure timely and accurate responses. The candidate will also be required to contribute to the overall external marketing initiatives in both design and execution and maintain FNA and Flexible Benefit's reputation as a well-respected industry leader. The candidate must excel in product/carrier/market knowledge and exhibit strong problem solving and follow up skills.
