Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement Cloud, and certifications like CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are highly valued. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills help set successful candidates apart. These abilities ensure effective cost management, risk mitigation, and alignment of procurement strategies with overall business goals.
