Job Description
As a newly created role within the newly unified Imperial Brady, the VP of Sustainability will serve as the architect of our enterprise-wide sustainability strategy. You will report to the Company's General Counsel and partner closely with our leaders to integrate ESG principles into our core operations, ensuring we remain a trusted, forward-thinking partner to our 13,000+ employees, customers, and supply chain partners.
You will:
  • Design and execute our unified sustainability strategy, setting clear goals and governance structures across our 300+ locations.
  • Own the development of auditable reporting frameworks (e.g., S&P CSA, GRI, SASB/ISSB) to drive transparency for investors, lenders, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive our proactive response to federal, state, and local environmental regulations, ensuring rigorous compliance and readiness for future disclosures.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales to embed sustainable practices-such as emissions reduction and operational efficiency-into our business DNA.
  • Partner with Communications and IR to articulate our sustainability journey and commitments to the public and our industry partners.

You have:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility, specifically in complex, large-scale organizations.
  • Extensive knowledge of major reporting standards and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder reporting processes.
  • Experience as a leader who thrives in high-growth environments and can influence diverse teams to adopt new processes and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's/MBA in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; capable of simplifying complex regulatory requirements into compelling stories for leadership and external audiences.
