We are currently delivering exceptional value to our customers in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Clinical Operations, empowering them with industry-transforming AI technology, intelligent automation, and deep data insights. You will own and drive our engineering organization - the backbone of our success - with exceptional leadership and transformational technical vision, contributing to establishing Curative AI as a market leader.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership. Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Translate company strategy into actionable engineering plans across Data, Software, DevOps, AI, and IT Engineering teams
  • Team Leadership and Development. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams. Establish a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation
  • Technical Architecture Oversight. Guide the design and evolution of scalable, robust architectures for AI systems, data pipelines, and software platforms. Ensure systems are built for performance, reliability, and security
  • AI and ML Development. Lead the development and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML models and applications. Balance research innovation with production-ready implementation
  • Data Engineering Excellence. Direct the creation of efficient, scalable data platforms and pipelines that serve as the foundation for AI/ML systems and business intelligence

  • Cross-functional Collaboration Partner across the organization to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet market needs
  • Resource Management. Optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines. Make strategic decisions about build vs. buy, technical debt, and investment priorities
  • Technical Evangelism Represent the company's engineering capabilities both internally and externally. Support sales and marketing efforts with technical expertise

Qualifications:
  • Currently located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (especially in fields related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science)
