We are looking for an experienced programming and content leader with a strong background in leading massive product conferences (minimum 5,000 attendees), who will develop a cutting-edge, multi-day, multi-track agenda that brings Elevate to life in the most creative and inspiring way possible.

About The Role
Program and strategy development
  • Define and execute a messaging strategy across the entire event, programs, ancillary events, and peripheral activities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for Elevate, delivering value to monday.com's global community while aligning global messaging with leadership and company strategy.
  • Design and curate a comprehensive multi-day, multi-track conference program for diverse audiences (across product ecosystems, user levels, and industries), featuring keynotes, customer success stories, and thought leadership.
  • Craft an immersive learning and adoption experience that combines education, networking, and inspiration for all attendees.
  • Partner with core leadership, regional GMs, CRO and CCO leadership, and cross-functional teams (product, marketing, partnerships, and brand) to align program content with brand-wide and regional goals that drive expansion.
  • Work hands-on to create content for select strategic sessions.

Business Impact
  • Leverage business acumen to optimize program effectiveness and enhance event impact.
  • Create measurement frameworks to track key metrics and enable continuous event improvement.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience spanning: content strategy, storytelling, and multi-track agenda development
  • 3+ years of people management experience; preferably a global team
  • Leadership experience at a global tech company
  • Track record of leading large-scale tech conferences (5,000+ in-person attendees)
  • Confidently orchestrating 250+ agenda elements across multiple tracks and days
  • Driving ambitious initiatives and achieving aggressive growth targets

  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in performance metrics tracking
