As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a VP of Operations to lead our operational strategy, strengthen internal systems, and drive company-wide efficiency and performance.

Position Overview

The VP of Operations will oversee and optimize all day-to-day operations while building scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth. This role is critical in ensuring alignment across teams, improving execution, and maintaining operational excellence as the company scales.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a builder’s mindset—someone who can turn high-level goals into efficient systems, clear processes, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
