Role Overview
The DVP, Global ERP Partnerships is a senior channel sales leadership role responsible for owning and accelerating insightsoftware's indirect business across the world's largest ERP ecosystems, including SAP, Oracle, Deltek, IFS, and other industry-leading platforms. This leader will build and lead a high-performing team of channel managers, drive disciplined pipeline execution, and expand insightsoftware's reach through both reseller and co-sell partnership models.
Success in this role requires deep expertise navigating large, complex enterprise organizations-understanding their internal structures, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market priorities-and translating that knowledge into partnership strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and brings the commercial intensity needed to win in the enterprise channel.
This role sits within the Indirect Sales organization and is a key driver of insightsoftware's strategy to scale sell-through and co-sell motions with strategic ERP partners globally. The primary focus will be North America, with a growing mandate across EMEA and APAC. You will report directly to the SVP, Global Channel & Partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities
ERP Channel Leadership
- Lead a high-performing team of channel managers focused on insightsoftware's most strategic ERP relationships, including SAP, Oracle, Deltek, IFS, and other enterprise ERP platforms.
- Drive the identification, recruitment, and activation of new partners into the ERP ecosystem, establishing effective reseller and co-sell arrangements that align with insightsoftware's revenue strategy.
- Own and grow the SAP Solex relationship-one of insightsoftware's most strategically significant ERP partnerships-ensuring alignment, executive engagement, and continued expansion of joint go-to-market activity.
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's organizational structure, internal decision-making processes, and business priorities-then use that knowledge to build relationships at the right levels and accelerate joint go-to-market execution.
- Address performance gaps within the current ERP partner base by improving partner quality, enablement, and certification; increasing win rates; and reducing time-to-first-deal.
- Support ongoing opportunities and grow regional pipelines across North America, with expanding accountability in EMEA and APAC.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel managers with a focus on building a high-accountability, results-oriented culture-one where standards are clear, performance is measured, and excellence is the expectation.
- Actively inspect and support all active channel pursuits to optimize deal velocity and outcomes.
- Own talent development, career planning, and performance management for all direct reports.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard open headcount as needed, with an eye toward building a team that complements the enterprise complexity of the ERP partner landscape.
- Model the behaviors and mindset of a Lean leader-setting stretch goals, demanding facts over opinions, taking extreme ownership, and continuously developing the people around you.
Pipeline, Forecasting & Bookings Accountability
- Take full ownership of ERP channel sales goals, accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings across global channel territories.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast discipline; contribute to territory planning and annual target-setting processes.
- Participate in channel QBRs and planning meetings to elevate urgency, accountability, and partner engagement.
- Use data and BI tools to analyze partner performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions-never managing by anecdote.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build effective working relationships across insightsoftware's go-to-market functions-from Partner Marketing driving partner demand and awareness, to Solution Engineering supporting partner-led demos, to Revenue Operations on reporting, tracking, and territory management.
- Align channel activity with direct sales teams to minimize channel conflict and maximize influence on enterprise pipeline.
- Serve as a channel advocate internally, ensuring ERP partners receive the support, enablement, and tools required to succeed and grow with insightsoftware.
- Represent insightsoftware at key ERP partner events, conferences, and executive briefings-bringing credibility and executive presence to every engagement.
Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years of channel sales leadership experience, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding bookings goals through indirect channels.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, activating, and scaling reseller and co-sell partner channels for SaaS solutions in the enterprise or mid-market segment.
- Direct experience working within or alongside large ERP organizations (SAP, Oracle, Deltek, IFS, or similar)-with a proven ability to navigate their complex internal structures, partner programs, and go-to-market motions.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills; experienced with pipeline management tools and channel sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and executive presence-comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and at partner organizations.
- A builder's mindset: equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Brings curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action to everything they do.
- Travel required up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally.
Preferred
- Experience selling or partnering within financial reporting, EPM, or Office of the CFO solution categories.
- Familiarity with insightsoftware's product portfolio or the broader ERP-complementing solutions market.
- Experience working in a high-growth, PE-backed software company.
- Background in EMEA or APAC channel development is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience building from a foundation-establishing new partner relationships, launching go-to-market programs, or standing up a channel function from scratch.
The salary range in United States of America for this position is 244,000.00 to 305,000.00 USD Annual.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
