Your role at Clorox:

The VP of Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for key enterprise accounts across multiple channels including retail and ecommerce, to drive sustainable growth, market share, and profitability. This role acts as a change agent - modernizing commercial capabilities and strengthening omnichannel execution. Drives a fiercely competitive, entrepreneurial culture that rewards speed, simplicity and results, and is a visible leader of an inclusive and diverse team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead sales strategy, customer engagement, and execution across key enterprise accounts, retail, and ecommerce channels to deliver sustainable growth, market share expansion, and profitable results.
  • Lead large-scale business transformation initiatives, including innovation commercialization, revenue growth management, pricing and trade optimization, and go-to-market acceleration.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify business risks and opportunities, align commercial priorities, and drive execution through integrated business planning processes.
  • Modernize commercial capabilities and strengthen omnichannel execution to create competitive advantage and unlock future growth.
  • Partner across the enterprise to align strategies, influence decision-making, and deliver integrated business outcomes.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships through exceptional negotiation, collaboration, and strategic account leadership.
  • Develop, inspire, and lead a high-performing, diverse team while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
  • Establish a clear vision and strategic roadmap, aligning teams around priorities and driving execution against short- and long-term objectives.
  • Serve as an enterprise leader who balances customer, consumer, and business needs while delivering results with financial discipline and a strong understanding of P&L performance.

What we look for:

  • Minimum: 10-15 years CPG experience. Significant strategic customer experience, functional leadership and planning acumen desired
  • Strong people management experience with effectively leading, developing and coaching a sizeable team (>10ppl), building culture and bench strength for the enterprise.
  • Directly managed a customer team and possess a deep understanding cross-channel
  • Successfully owned designing and executing a multi-year plan with customer(s).
  • Model Clorox values through transparent communication, emotional intelligence, candid feedback, and a commitment to accountability.
