Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Weekly settlement and review of client accounts
- Monthly invoicing and review of client accounts
- Onboarding new Etix clients
- Assist with ad hoc and special projects
- Prepare reconciliations, analysis, and reports as needed for management and clients
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience supporting external customers and internal teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to interact positively with coworkers, leadership team, and clients.
