Weekend RN Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend shift of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will supervise a team of nurses, coordinate patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, mentor and develop your colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of nurses on the weekend shift, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Coordinate patient care to ensure that patients receive the highest level of service and care

  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by monitoring and addressing any potential hazards or issues

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve nursing practices and patient outcomes

  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure that our care meets the highest standards

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Texas

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN (preferably in a similar setting)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
