As a Weekend RN (Registered Nurse), you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and their families. Located in the scenic mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, our center offers a rejuvenating backdrop for our team members.

About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend RN, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Your excellent communication skills will also enable you to effectively collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and preferences

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Current RN license

  • Must work 8-hour shifts on one of the following schedules:
    Friday, Saturday, Sunday
    Saturday, Sunday, Monday

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

  • Availability to work the full Weekend Warrior schedule (8-hour shifts as outlined)
