Job description

The Position: The QA Tester will assist in the development of quality products through the management of testing and documentation.

Who should apply?

  • 4+ years' experience in software testing, including creation of test plans, test cases and test reports
  • 2+ years' experience in automated testing using Playwright/Selenium/ or similar tools
  • Experience using Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tool is required
  • Experience in API Testing using Postman/Swagger or similar tools
  • Experience working in .Net, VB, SQL, HTML and JavaScript environment
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review product requirements, identify potential defects/risks, and develop test plans
  • Develop product feature expertise by working closely with Software Development teams and stakeholders regarding product usability and functionality
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test strategy for web-based UI products and data intensive processes
  • Develop documentation for defects/risks reporting in order to support product development and testing
  • Create and execute functional and regression testing using automation at the application and systems level
  • Develop frequent tests after new product releases, upgrades, or maintenance

Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204.

  • Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
  • In-office attendance up to two times per week for the first 90 days of employment. 
  • After 90 days completion, you will have an option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly (team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
