Production Volume & Deadline Management

  • Lead a QC function responsible for reviewing and approving assets totaling up to 4,000 images per week

  • Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-pressure environment with daily delivery deadlines
  • Balance speed and quality, ensuring vendor output is reviewed efficiently without compromising standards
  • Anticipate capacity constraints or backlog risks and proactively escalate concerns
Process Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Analyze vendor quality trends, error patterns, and rework drivers
  • Identify systemic issues in capture, editing, or workflows and recommend corrective actions
  • Propose improvements to QC standards, vendor feedback loops, and internal processes
  • Maintain a big-picture perspective while remaining detail-oriented in execution
Communication & Leadership Collaboration

  • Communicate quality trends, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership
  • Escalate recurring vendor or workflow issues with data-driven insights
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for post-production QC and vendor quality performance
