Your focus will be on delivering high-quality sales tools on schedule, ensuring PJ sales tools are produced and distributed on time, and supporting the Product Launch Manager in executing production responsibilities. What you will be doing

    • Manage the production process of new PJ sales tools for launch and companion sales tools
    • Collaborate and gain alignment on new sale tool concepts and proposals from Product Marketing, creative, and product data
    • Become an intricate part of our Launch Team by meeting weekly to provide updates to the on production timelines and schedules
    • Support the Product Launch Manager to execute on production responsibilities for launch in a timely manner
    • Coordinating internal needs with Operations, Logistics and IT to efficiently and successfully launch sales tools on time
    • Research potential new sales tools for continuous improvement
    • Managing vendor relationships and communication relevant files/information to align with Phillip Jeffries needs.
    • Oversee the efficient and timely production of sales tools, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards in alignment with the launch calendar
    • Lead proofing on sales tools for launch and coordinating process with internal proofing team
    • Ensuring all Rep Kits for PJ Sales Team are produced and delivered on time
    • Coordinate Launch Sales tool production timelines and receipt of inventory with PJ Sample Department and PJ Receiving teams
    • Tracking and ensuring all Launch sales tools were delivered on time to all proper recipients
    • Partner with Finance by following up to ensure all Production invoices are accounted for, reviewed and closed out.


    What You Bring to the Table

      • Experience supporting product production or preproduction processes, including coordination with vendors, internal teams, and production partners
      • Understanding of production schedules, timelines, constraints in regards to printing, swatching, material handling and logistics
      • Expertise with Excel, including pivoting, vlookups, graphs, and moderate-advanced formulas
      • Fluency in printing, graphic layouts programs
      • Experience with cross-departmental collaboration
      • Understanding of core business concepts like gross profit margin, supply chain processes, product development and basic marketing
      • Project management experience
      • Basic understanding of logistics and quality inspections
      • Interior Design industry experience a plus
