  • Continuously monitor COP servers, COP Sync Tool (CST) connections, Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT) connections, and VMware environments to ensure system stability and data integrity.
  • Perform ongoing COP database management including validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support accurate real-time situational awareness.
  • Monitor real-time data streams and proactively identify and resolve system, connectivity, or synchronization issues before they impact operations.
  • Provide watch floor support across shift rotations, documenting issues, resolutions, and turnover notes to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Assist with incident analysis, operational reporting, and documentation of system performance and outages.
  • Update and maintain Data Fusion Center reference materials, SOPs, and reports using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate with military, joint, and other mission personnel to support operational data sharing and situational awareness across the enterprise.

  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems in an operational or military environment
  • Ability to work shift schedules in an 8-hour watch rotation
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills

  • Familiarity with COP management, database support, tactical data systems, or surveillance-related technologies
  • Experience with specialized C2, analytical, or operational software platforms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in high-tempo operational settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English
